This Lord and Taylor ad appeared in 1947. The artwork is signed VIC. The ad pictures a "horsehair-stiffened skirt in black Juilliard velveteen, with eyelet embroidery flicking along the edge" by Carolyn Schnurer. The price, only 29.95. 10.95 for the white rayon crepe blouse with matching eyelet ruffles.
